Referee Volunteers
Looking for team-oriented, responsible, & hard-working referee volunteers. Ref volunteers will be well-mannered,
well-groomed and dedicated to safety. Referee volunteers are important representatives of #1 Paintball and are
directly responsible for the safety and enjoyment of every #1 Paintball guest. Referee volunteers are friendly
individuals who greet every guest with a smile, while leading them in a safe and exciting paintball experience.
Referee volunteers are always prepared for a busy and fun filled day. Referee volunteers will be responsible
to complete opening, closing and miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Experience playing/refereeing paintball a plus but not required. Must be physically able and willing to work outdoors.
Successful referee volunteers earn points which may be redeemed for merchandise available through #1 Paintball.

Cashiers
Looking for team-oriented, outgoing, & personable cashiers. Cashiers need to be well-groomed and willing to adhere to the professional dress code of #1 Paintball. Cashiers are friendly individuals who greet every guest with a smile, while preparing them for an exciting paintball experience. Cashiers are always prepared for a busy and fun filled day. Cashiers will accomplish all daily tasks quickly and efficiently. ie. managing all guest transactions, check out/in rental equipment, keeping the front end clean & organized, placing food orders for guests and ref's.
Team-oriented, outgoing, & personable. Sales skills a plus. 1+ years experience. Tuesday - Saturday work week with an occasional Monday.
Park Managers
Looking for Team-oriented, experienced, and personable Park Managers. Park Managers are individuals who will be an asset to the paintball park. They are responsible for the guest's overall safety and enjoyment while at the park. They ensure all employees and referees are excelling in their duties and guest service. They assure the paintball park is running smoothly, ensuring everyone will have fun while playing or working. #1 Paintball Park Managers oversee daily park operations, completion of daily procedures, and the training of all employees.
Team-oriented, experienced, and personable. Sales skills a plus. Must excel at management of 15-25 people (mostly high-school aged). Responsibilities include guest safety, daily operations, employee training & accountability. Competitive salary. 5+ years experience in Management.
Assistant Park Managers
Looking for team-oriented, outgoing, and responsible Assistant Park Managers. Assistant Park Managers are leaders, second only to the park manager. They assist the Park Manager with daily duties & responsibilities. They make certain all employees and referees are completing assignments and excelling in guest services. They certify the park is running smoothly, ensuring everyone will have fun while playing or working. Assistant Park Managers
