    New Field

hey, is there any new word on the Aldine Westfeild field? How is that project coming along?

Oh, and i hear the new castle is going to be bigger than the tippman castle at Skirmish USA in PA, well they just recently brought in 4300 players for their Invasion of Normandy game, yall are going to be able to top that right?

    thanks

    Re: New Field

    Happy New Year!

We are working to build the new park as quickly as we can.  That being said, we don't have any new timelines for you.  We believe the castle will speak for itself when it is finished.  We plan to have some great big-game (and other) events at the castle upon completion.  Until then, you can get an artist's preliminary view on the investor link.

Thanks for your patronage and have a great day!

    Re: New Field

I was hoping for a real castle for castle games Kind've like EMR has for its Spring and Fall castle games. Well maybe in the future. Building up to 1200 player games takes a while.

    Re: New Field

Looking at the rendition of the new field it doesn't looking like there is going to be any woodsball. On the PDF it looks like most will be speedball... am I missing something?

    Re: New Field

From what I remember when I was an employee, there are a couple of acres just to the right of the castle front that are all woods, so there will be woodsball.  At least that is what I was told a few months ago.

    Re: New Field

Impaitently waiting, Maybe someone can post a play-by-construction update, ie. land clearing, areas staked out, fences up, sign went up, etc...

I live close to it but I don't have the inside scoop or I would, maybe they could take some build pic and post on main site.  Would like to be a part of it.  If I can help let me know.

    Tthomas_83,

The land is on the same side as the Sonic at Aldine Westfield and Louetta.  The cleared land between the building just constructed (next to Sonic) and Louetta Rd. is where the field is being developed.

    Re: New Field

I have been to your location and see a body shop going in. Are you backing out of this location? There is land cleared behind the body shop but no construction going on back there. Big hype about a new field but no proof as in pics. Put your money where your mouth is!!!!!
